Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.

Standard UK delivery is £3.99.

Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £35.

Orders are sent via Yodel/Inpost. Customers are encouraged to use the Yodel app to track their parcel and set delivery preferences, including a safe place if required. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 

Please note that if a parcel is left in a nominated safe place or unattended at the delivery address, Fur & Fun cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is correct at the time of ordering.

Local collection may be available for customers in the Durham area and will be arranged separately where applicable.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier service used. Fur & Fun is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once parcels have been dispatched.
