Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened treats, chews, supplements or grooming products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactfurandfun@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Please note that bespoke boxes and personalised selections are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their dog, including checking ingredients for allergies or sensitivities before feeding.

Always supervise your dog while feeding and ensure fresh drinking water is available
